Question by : In Victory Lane at Dover, the race winner is always presented with a trophy of Miles the Monster holding a?
1:24 scale die cast of the winner’s car. Does anyone know if the speedway has a plan in case someone like Dave Blaney or Casey Mears were to win somehow, seeing as how neither driver has a 1:24 scale die cast for 2011?

Hmm.. interesting question.
Perhaps they have ones specially made for all 43 just in case, not for resale but just for the trophy.
I would imagine anyway.
With all the fuel mileage wins and the possibility of a rain called race, they have to have something.

They do have a generic car with the number 1 on it (not Jamie)
and Dover on the side and Miles on the hood.
Maybe that is what they would use,,,,,
I’m sure that’s a risk they’re willing to take. In the spring, Matt won in a black Wiley Sunglasses car, but the car the trophy was holding was his purple Crown Royal car.
